Fiordland Advocate - Ray Willet Story

Posted 25th January 2014 to the Fiordland Advocate Newspaper

I recon in respect to Ray Willet who helped Bring the Kepler Challenge into the World that it would be fitting and proper to have a Senior’s Race  Event held with a couple hours head start before the main event, so the Race Monitors can follow them easier and they are not left to straggle home on their lonesome..
And out of Respect to Mr Flewellen they could Name the senior section after Ray’s Late Donkey who seems to double these days as a sprit guide for old Runners.
I am personally waiting for a race for no-so-fit-people that starts with a Helicopter drop off at the Luxmore Hut and finishes at the Iris Burn Waterfall Pool Below Mount Tinsley, a Route Pioneered By 80+ year Professor Brian Tinsley in his 2012 pilgrimage.
