USA reality pressures

One thing that is strange about the media in 2018 is a lack of consensus across the board that seems to confuse people.
Like the United States of America is clearly not a true democracy and as such can not be hacked. Or that Donald Trump in not a Deluded Narcissist despite the almost daily evidence. I think we can mostly agree that the modern world is run by a loose band of mostly benevolent Tyrants who prefer to remain anonymous, pretty much a bunch of bumbling regular humans and their minions.
So really there is no need for complicated conspiracy speculation about the US voting system especially if you know its history. It’s main function is flexibility, a social pressure valve for a vast, diverse, complex, heavily armed nation.

New Format Southland Times

Good luck on your new more eco responsible Newspaper format.. With all the diversions coming from the US capital these days we often forget that we loosing the war to save the health of our planet. We scamper this way and that massaging our identity politics and sanitising our sexuality forgetting we are all on a cyclical journey where what comes around goes around, has anyone noticed before Roger Douglas Thatcher and Reagan changed our narrative all our best volunteers such as fire fighters, community project managers and Journalists where born and are not now being replaced.
If we want to preserve our community spirit and our planet it’s small papers like this one around the world that play an important role in the next revolution in the cycle.
