Free Will and the Southland Museum

Posted 14th of April 2018 to the Southland Times Newspaper Invercargill NZ

So the anti free will conspirators have taken down the Southland Museum. There are people who insist that free will does not exist but It is a real thing. The Structure of the Universe may be held together by pure mathematics but the human mind is on a different level. We desire to take risks and break our mathematical boundaries to find opportunity and adventure.

But there is a constant struggle with controllers agents who abhor the chaos of Human activity they judge recklessness, they have taken the Manapouri Power Station, Large Portions of our National Parks, Anderson Park the Museum and now threaten the City of Invercargill itself.

Politicians should worry as some times the lure of free will is so great it can take down a Government, just ask Hillary Clinton!

Most People like to conform to a social pattern But there are those who desire more from life. Freedom to take risks.
What we crazy annoying humans call living.

New Teaching Needed for Millennials

Posted 2nd April 2018 to the Otago Daily Times Newspaper Dunedin NZ

Just looking at the way our Government has lost control of it’s mandate to help it’s citizens with recent price increases
Inflicted on an already overworked and underpaid population...  Maybe it’s time to look at our education System
and change the focus from testing students to testing Ideas. Our internet world is so full of information that educators need to teach the process of skeptical enquiry and relaying on evidence. And that goes for our politicians as well, Life is not all answers but a lot of questions, good teaching should be about sorting the wheat from the chaff in life. Looking at the media today one cant help notice that we need better thinking tools to make robust citizens rather than “hoop jumpers”. Our kid’s phones bring them all the knowledge of the world they just need to be taught how to process it. And perhaps learn the joy of discovery.
